  • Pharmacist Job Type Contract To Hire Soliant Health is seeking a Remote Pharmacist for a contract opportunity with a specialty pharmacy.
This opportunity is available to pharmacists with ANY state license. Please see the information below!
Schedule:
Mon-Fri:
12:00PM
  • 8:30PM EST
  • Weekend & holiday rotation is mandatory
  • NO days off from 01/01/27
  • 03/31/27 (unless considered an emergency)

6 months (temp-to-hire)
Job Responsibilities:
  • Review Part B drug and biologic prior authorization requests and appeals.
  • Apply clinical policies, utilization management criteria, and Medicare requirements to authorization decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve quality, accuracy, and operational processes.
  • Support internal clinical and non-clinical teams with questions related to Part B drug policies and workflows.
  • Adapt quickly to a high-paced environment with evolving workflows, processes, and business requirements.
  • Maintain consistent quality and productivity while managing changing priorities and volumes.
Requirements:
ANY Pharmacist License:
Must be active and in hand at time of submission
  • firm requirement
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D)
  • 2+ years of utilization management experience, managed care residency, and/or applicable specialty pharmacy experience
  • Strong clinical judgement and ability to independently evaluate complex Part B drug requests
  • Experience with Part B drug prior authorization and/or appeals review
