Category Pharmacy - Telepharmacy Job Type Temp-To-Hire A remote opportunity is available for a Pharmacy Billing & Reimbursement Specialist based within Montana, offering a temp-to-hire position with defined work hours from 8 AM to 5 PM or 7 AM to 4 PM MST. This role supports home infusion therapy services through meticulous management of pharmacy billing and reimbursement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process and submit home infusion pharmacy claims in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Oversee the full billing lifecycle including charge entry, claims submission, follow-up, and denial resolution. Utilize CareTend software to manage billing workflows, documentation, and track reimbursements effectively. Review and adhere to payer-specific requirements for infusion therapies, supplies, and related services. Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies, denials, and reimbursement challenges promptly. Maintain clear communication with payers, patients, and internal teams to ensure billing accuracy.
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in home infusion billing and claims processing. Proficiency in using CareTend software is required. Strong understanding of payer requirements related to infusion therapy billing.
Location:
Fully remote position, candidate must be based in Montana.

Flexible daytime shifts: 8 AM to 5 PM or 7 AM to 4 PM MST.
