This position involves working closely with medical teams to support high-quality patient care within an acute care setting. ASAP Key Responsibilities:

Oversee medication management, including high-risk drips and critical care medications Ensure compliance with controlled substance regulations and quality assurance protocols Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize pharmacotherapy plans Participate in training modules and stay current on clinical pharmacy practices Utilize electronic medical records (Epic experience preferred) for accurate documentation and order verification

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Valid South Carolina Pharmacist License Minimum 1-5 years of hospital inpatient pharmacy experience (strong experience preferred due to limited training time) Familiarity with critical care medication administration and management Experience with quality assurance and controlled substances handling Willingness to complete 1-2 full days of training modules prior to starting This is a contract position offering the chance to apply your clinical skills in a fast-paced inpatient environment with seasoned healthcare professionals.
