Pharmacy hours from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm 8-hour shift

Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor medication therapy for hospitalized patients, including critical drips and controlled substances Collaborate with medical staff to optimize pharmacologic outcomes Ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols and medication safety standards Utilize electronic health record systems, with Epic experience considered a valuable asset Complete 1-2 full days of mandatory training modules prior to assignment start

Qualifications:

Valid South Carolina Pharmacy License 1-5 years of hospital inpatient pharmacy experience preferred; candidates with 2+ years will also be considered if experienced and able to work independently Proficient in handling critical care medications and intravenous drips Experience with quality assurance processes and controlled substances management Willingness to adapt and complete required training promptly This contract opportunity is ideal for clinical pharmacists with a solid hospital background seeking to utilize their skills in a demanding inpatient environment.
