Manage inpatient medication therapies, including critical care drips and controlled substances Conduct quality assurance reviews and support medication safety initiatives Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to optimize therapeutic outcomes Utilize clinical knowledge and hospital protocols to ensure proper medication use Complete mandated training modules (1-2 full days) to stay current with facility guidelines

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
