Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract An urgent opportunity is available for an experienced Retail Pharmacist to support a grocery store-based pharmacy in South Dakota. This contract role extends for 13+ weeks, offering up to 40 hours per week in a fast-paced retail setting.

9:00 AM - 7:00

PM Saturday:

9:00 AM - 3:00

PM Key Responsibilities:

Accurately fill and verify prescriptions to ensure patient safety Review and check pharmacy technician work for quality and compliance Provide clear and compassionate patient counseling Handle incoming pharmacy and patient phone calls professionally Assist with daily retail pharmacy operations to maintain smooth workflow Support the Pharmacist-in-Charge with additional duties as required

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active South Dakota Pharmacist license in good standing Minimum of 1 year recent retail pharmacy experience Strong communication skills with a focus on excellent patient service Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the pharmacy team
