Process medication orders and prescriptions for physicians and authorized practitioners. Advise physicians, healthcare staff, residents, and patients to ensure safe medication administration. Follow and help develop policies and procedures related to medication safety, regulatory compliance, and quality standards. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years recent experience in pediatric pharmacy practice required. Strong clinical skills with the ability to consult and collaborate effectively within a pediatric care team.
