Key Responsibilities:

Provide consultative services and clinical expertise to enhance medication usage and therapeutic effectiveness. Promote ongoing improvements within the pharmacy scope of practice in a pediatric setting. Accurately process medication orders and prescriptions from authorized healthcare providers. Advise physicians, healthcare staff, residents, and patients on safe medication administration. Participate in the development and enforcement of medication safety policies, regulatory compliance, and quality standards. Perform additional job functions as assigned to support the pharmacy team and patient care goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in pediatric pharmacy required. Strong knowledge of hospital inpatient pharmacy operations and best practices.
