What You'll Do As a pharmacist in our GLP-1 and Wellness Department, you will help ensure safe, accurate, and efficient pharmacy operations while providing excellent support to patients and healthcare providers.

Your responsibilities will include:

Reviewing and verifying prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and appropriateness Communicating professionally with patients, prescribers, and clinic staff Educating and supporting patients and providers regarding GLP-1 and wellness therapies Assisting with compounding oversight, dispensing, and quality-assurance processes Ensuring compliance with applicable state, federal, and pharmacy regulations Supporting and supervising pharmacy technicians and other team members Maintaining accurate prescription documentation and patient records Participating in training and continuing-education opportunities Helping improve pharmacy workflows and patient-service processes Contributing to a positive, collaborative, and patient-focused workplace What We're Looking For Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree Active Texas pharmacist license in good standing ACPE-accredited sterile compounding certificate Strong communication and interpersonal skills Careful attention to detail and commitment to patient safety Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Interest in learning about GLP-1, wellness, and compounded therapies Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure in additional states Previous compounding or GLP-1 experience is a plus, but it is not required.
