We have one of the best environments to work in, including low stress, great hours and a solid supportive team! (awesome work culture) We are looking for an energetic PIC Pharmacist who has non-sterile compounding experience and can be on call every other weekend. You will also work with our sister pharmacy, PeopleFirst Pharmacy. This is a great opportunity to join our team! We look forward to hearing from you!
Position Requirements:
(include, but not limited to) Prescription transcription, typing prescriptions, verification of orders PV1 and PV2, dispensing medications, compounding non-sterile products Preparing/administering vaccinations at local/remote locations Maintaining proper records Organizing /preparing deliveries and interfacing with delivery drivers Providing MTM completions, point of care testing, clinical care management Providing excellent customer service on the phone and in person to everyone we interface with on a daily basis Advises patients/caregivers of proper medication use/storage/interactions, etc. Monitors and oversees technician duties and responsibilities Compliance monitoring of all State and Federal laws and regulations Compliance monitoring of all pharmacy policies and procedures Other duties as assigned by thePharmacy Director Position Qualifications:
Current and Active Texas Pharmacy License in good standing Certified Vaccination Provider with active status with TSBP Non-sterile compounding experience Ability to consistently work evenings and on call weekends Ability to travel to other sites for vaccination clinics Ability to work independently and effectively Ability to make clinical recommendations Ability to prioritize, analyze/interpret and make good decisions Ability to work more hours during peak time and other staff absences Must be a team playerPay:
$55 per hour + on call stipend Full-time 10am - 7pm Monday - Friday + every other weekend on callJob Type:
