Darnall Army Medical Center, TX . The Pharmacist is responsible for dispensing medications, reviewing medication therapy, counseling patients, collaborating with healthcare providers, supervising pharmacy technicians, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, DHA, and military pharmacy regulations.

Qualifications:

Degree Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.

D.). Education Graduate from a college or university accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) . Certification Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - Active Experience Minimum 1,500-2,000 hours of pharmacy experience , including at least 500 hours in a retail or institutional pharmacy , completed within the last two years after training. Licensure Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Pharmacist in any U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia. License must remain current and in good standing throughout the duration of employment. Schedule Full-time with 40 hours per week Rotating 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts as Hospital operates 24/7 Days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and training holidays may be required.
