Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Part Time Pharmacist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide expert pharmaceutical care, ensuring safe medication dispensing, patient counseling, and compliance with all regulatory standards. Your proactive approach will support patient health outcomes, streamline pharmacy operations, and uphold the highest levels of clinical confidentiality. Responsibilities Dispense prescription medications accurately while adhering to state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations Utilize pharmacy software systems; Pioneer Software or be willing to learn on site Administer vaccines Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and clinical confidentiality policies during all patient interactions and data handling Support pharmacy team management by mentoring technicians, overseeing daily workflow, and ensuring efficient pharmacy operations Requirements Valid pharmacist license in good standing with the appropriate state licensing board Proven experience practicing as a pharmacist in community or hospital settings with critical care or acute care experience preferred Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, drug regulation, medical terminology, and healthcare compliance standards Experience with immunizations administration and medical management within clinical pharmacy environments Excellent client communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence and patient care advocacy Ability to manage inventory efficiently while ensuring pharmaceutical regulatory compliance including USP 797 standards for sterile preparations Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care.
