This role offers the opportunity to oversee a team that includes staff pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, cashiers, and a delivery driver, ensuring smooth pharmacy workflow and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily pharmacy operations and staffing. Ensure compliance with Texas, state, and federal pharmacy laws, including HIPAA. Lead quality improvement and patient-care initiatives. Address and resolve customer concerns professionally.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid Texas pharmacist license. Minimum of 2 years' retail pharmacy experience preferred. Previous management experience is a plus. Experience with Pioneer Rx pharmacy software is ideal.
