Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract A growing 503a/b compounding pharmacy is urgently seeking an Overnight Compounding Pharmacist to join their third shift team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This position offers a 13-week contract with the possibility to transition to permanent employment. Located in the Stafford, Texas area, the role focuses on preparing customized medications, including GLP-1 and weight loss compounds, to meet increasing demand.

Schedule/Hours:

Overnight shift, Monday through Friday 9:00 PM - 5:00

AM Responsibilities:

Prepare customized sterile medications precisely according to prescription and compounding standards Maintain accurate records of formulations, ingredients, and inventory management Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacy team members Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely service Keep current with pharmaceutical trends and new compounding techniques to ensure best practices

Qualifications:

Active and clear Pharmacist license in Texas Minimum of 1 year of sterile compounding experience Proficiency with pharmacy software such as LifeFile and PK Software preferred Ability to work in a high-volume setting, with daily prescription volumes rising from approximately 6,000 to over 22,000 This position represents a unique opportunity to work in a rapidly growing, innovative environment focused on specialized compounding.
