Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Staff Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. This role requires a strong foundation in pharmacy practice, including experience in compounding and formulation developement Responsibilities Dispense medications accurately and efficiently while adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements. Conduct thorough medication reviews and assessments to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes for patients. Provide patient counseling on medication administration, potential side effects, and drug interactions. Collaborate with healthcare providers on functional management strategies. Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff in daily operations. Ensure business runs smoothly with owners absence Maintain accurate records of medication dispensing and inventory management. Participate in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines. Stay current with advancements in pharmacy practice through continuous education and professional development. Develop custom Formulas Nutrition Background or a desire to learn Compounding Background or desire to learn Requirements Valid Texas pharmacist license Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Familiarity with pharmacy systems for compounding.
