Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Parts Specialist to join our team. This person acts as primary point of contact for retail or wholesales customers and ensures sales by determining customer need, accessing POS system to assist in securing necessary parts, maintaining personal and store image, and ensuring customer receives a good experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Implements appropriate sales practices such as greeting customers, demonstrating product knowledge, and ability to quickly understand customer's needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Maintains customer satisfaction by serving all customers, securing right part, and resolving customer issues.
• Assist with retail and wholesale sales of parts and accessories
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
• Fulfill orders promptly and efficiently

Experience:

The successful candidate should possess the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in an automotive parts or retail environment
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with CMMS and POS systems
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and parts terminology
• Experience in inventory management and order fulfillment
