7 Days ON / 7
Days OFF Shift:
12:00 PM

PM Block Schedule:
Yes Weekend:
Every other weekend
Requirements:
Active Texas Pharmacist License Hospital/Inpatient Pharmacy experience
REQUIRED
At least some Pediatric experience/exposure PharmD / RPh BLS Epic experience required IV preparation, compounding & sterile technique experience preferred Retail-only pharmacy experience does NOT qualify Interested?
