Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely by rounding with the patient care team to provide expert medication interventions. Develop and maintain treatment protocols using Epic/Epic Beacon systems. Facilitate smooth transitions of care to outpatient oncology pharmacists. Manage non-formulary medication requests and coordinate specialty medications for inpatient oncology patients. Ensure compliance with clinical standards and optimize pharmacological care for improved patient outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

Valid Texas pharmacist license and Texas IV certification required. Minimum of 3 years' inpatient pharmacy experience, with a strong preference for oncology specialization. Proficiency in Epic and Epic Beacon systems is preferred. Exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
