Schedule:

Days, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) Rotating weekends

Key Responsibilities:

Verify appropriateness of medication doses based on diagnosis, weight/body surface area, allergies, and potential drug interactions to minimize medication incidents Accurately enter medication orders using

EPIC EMR

to ensure error-free processing Confirm correct dispensing of medications, maintaining a record free of dispensing errors Process medication orders and ensure timely delivery within established guidelines Adhere strictly to aseptic technique and infection control practices during sterile product preparation; enforce these standards among pharmacy technicians and fellow pharmacists Complete annual re-certification in aseptic technique/infection control with a minimum score of 90%

Qualifications/Desired Experience:
