Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Per Diem A nursing home serving approximately 50 residents is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist to provide vacation coverage. This role requires a qualified professional to work Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, on specified dates.

Location:

Chantilly, VA Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Dates needed: August 5, 6, 7, 10, and 11

Responsibilities:

Verify prescriptions accurately to ensure patient safety Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and healthcare staff Utilize the Point Click Care computer system for documentation and workflow

Qualifications:

Current and active Virginia pharmacist license Minimum of one year recent pharmacy experience Familiarity with nursing home environments and patient care standards Proficient with Point Click Care system preferred This Per Diem position offers the opportunity to support a dedicated healthcare team by ensuring the safe dispensing and verification of medications during a critical coverage period.
