Corrections Pharmacist

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Pharmacist II to work at a facility in Chesapeake, VA . These are registry positions with our company.

Pay Rate:

$80 / hour

Shift Details:

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm This is an on-site position and up to 40 hours per week

Qualifications:

At least one year (12 months) of previous working experience as a Pharmacist II Ability to build rapport with patients Compassionate and caring demeanor Familiarity with medical terminology BLS/CPR Must have up to date certification in

VA Responsibilities :

Clinical Pharmacist will assist the providers in opioid use disorder and should have a background in addiction medicine. Review and dispense medications accurately Verify prescriptions and medication orders Monitor patient medication therapy and safety Provide drug information to patients and healthcare staff Counsel patients on medication use and side effects Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff Manage medication inventory and controlled substances Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and healthcare team If interested, please apply through this job post.
