INPATIENT PHARMACIST
We're seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist for a 13-week assignment. This is a fast-paced hospital pharmacy environment.
Requirements:
Active VA Pharmacist License in hand at submission Minimum 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience IV pharmacy experience required Pain-controlled analgesia experience Antibiotics and drug interaction knowledge Order entry and medication order verification EPIC experience preferred
Preferred Experience:
Chemotherapy Anticoagulants Pharmacokinetic dosing Renal dosing
Schedule:
