Pharmacist Inpatient Setting Schedule:

Full Time, Varied 8 hour shifts; rotating schedule Shifts times: Day shifts: 0630

• 1500, 0730
• 1600, 0900-1730, 1000
• 1830; Evening shifts: 1300-2130, 1430
• 2300; Overnight shifts: 1930
• 0730, 2030
• 0730 Longer assignments through January 9, 2027, are available but not required!

! Travelers must work two of the three winter holidays.

Responsibilities:

Verify medication orders and perform product verification Assess drug interactions and dosing Prepare and dispense medications Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals

Required Skills :

IV admixture/IV pharmacy experience Patient-controlled analgesia (PCA) Antibiotic management Drug interaction review Medication order entry Medication order verification

Preferred Skills:

Chemotherapy experience Anticoagulation management Pharmacokinetic dosing Renal dosing

Qualifications:
