D.) from an accredited academic program Independent action(s) required: The monitoring, screening and verification of all drug-related orders for assurance of proper dosage, route, dosage form, and administration schedule and ensuring expedited preparation and dispensing of all dosage forms by pharmacy personnel. Resolve drug therapy problems, clarify and correct problematic drug orders, designate pharmacy technicians to perform special assignments, counsel patients regarding the safe and proper use of their medications, and resolve equipment and operational problems. Supervisory responsibilities (if applicable): N/A Additional position requirements: Must be available to work evenings, nights and weekends.
