Pharmacist

Pharmacist HealthCare Support is seeking a Pharmacist to lead a growing pharmacy team in the Vinton, VA area. This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role within a closed-door setting , allowing you to focus on operational excellence, team development, and delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Compensation:

$65/hr - $70/hr + (depending on experience)

Benefits begin on the first of the month following 30 days of continuous employment Medical, Dental, Vision Basic Life and AD&D Insurance, disability coverage, and EAP. HSA, FSA, and 401K options Tuition Reimbursement up to $4,000/Year for Tuition, CEUs & Certifications PTO & Holidays (PTO is accrued for each hour worked up to the annual maximum (11 days for first year). + 7 Paid Holidays)

Pet Insurance Daily Responsibilities:

Evaluate physician medication orders for drug appropriateness, correct dosage, potential drug interactions, and proper route of administration. Provide clinical recommendations to physicians and healthcare staff regarding medication therapy changes and optimizations.

Qualifications:
