+$7/hr Benefits $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (2-year commitment) Relocation Assistance up to $1,500 Comprehensive Benefits Package Career Growth & Advancement Opportunities Supportive Leadership and Team-Oriented Environment Position Summary The Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality nursing care to patients presenting with a wide range of conditions, from minor illnesses and injuries to critical emergencies. The RN will work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care. Key Responsibilities Triage, assess, and provide treatment for patients of all ages in the Emergency Department Prioritize and manage multiple patient cases based on acuity levels Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care Collaborate with physicians, families, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Respond effectively in high-pressure and emergency situations Uphold patient safety and quality standards at all times Qualifications Education Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing required BSN preferred or currently enrolled in a BSN program Licensure & Certifications Active Virginia RN License or Compact RN License eligible to practice in Virginia Current AHA BLS Certification required Experience Minimum 1 year of Emergency Room RN experience in an acute care setting preferred Med-Surg RNs interested in cross-training are encouraged to apply for Night Shift opportunities For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
