We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our growing pharmacy and expanding team! Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree. Valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist License, including Injectable License for vaccine administration. Experience in a Specialty Pharmacy a plus! Familiarity with Outcome Platforms. Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification is a plus. Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist (BCACP) is a plus. Current CPR certification. Spanish language skills are a plus.
