Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Vermont pharmacist to serve as PIC for the launch of a new independent pharmacy in the Montpelier, Vermont area. This role is focused on licensing, inspection and credentialing. What's involved:
- Attend the Vermont Board of Pharmacy inspection onsite
- Stay on for the pharmacy's credentialing process
- Provide your active Vermont pharmacist license for the credentialing application
Requirements:
- Active Vermont pharmacist license in good standing
- Available to attend the Board of Pharmacy inspection onsite (timeline to be determined)
