Current Washington State Pharmacy License in good standing. Current Washington State Pharmacy preceptor preferred. 5 years of hospital and/or retail pharmacy and clinical pharmacy preferred. Computer experience with pharmacy systems preferred. American Heart Association BLS Certification required. ACLS Certification (Inpatient) is required within one year of date of hire.
