Croix Falls and Balsam Lake Responsibilities:

Accurately dispense prescriptions and medications to patients Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and interactions Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure effective medication therapy management Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid pharmacist license; temporary licenses will be considered Experience in an outpatient pharmacy setting preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Detail-oriented approach to ensuring patient safety and accuracy
