Ashland, WI Schedule:
12 HR Day Shifts; 7on/7off rotationStart:
ASAP Contract:
13- weeks+ contract Are you a Pharmacist who knows your stuff and brings a great attitude to work? We want to hear from you! What you'll do:
- Review of medication orders for drug therapy and evaluate appropriateness of use, dose, dosage form, regimen, therapeutic duplication and drug interactions
- Participate in the provision of pharmaceutical care through clinical services including medication reconciliation and discharge medication education
- Pharmaceutical compounding oversight including USP regulatory/compliance guidelines (USP 797 and USP 800 focused)
- Provide pharmacokinetic/anticoagulation dosing What we're looking for:
- Active WI Pharmacist License or temp WI license
- Min 1 year of pharmacy experience
- Good attitude + strong work ethic
