•Inpatient for an acute-care pharmacy opportunity in Marshfield, WI. The position requires 8-hour day/evening variable shifts . The earliest start time would be 6:00 AM , with late shifts ending as late as midnight . An early shift would not be scheduled immediately after a late shift. Responsibilities Order verification Product check and release Remote sterile compounding verification Clinical pharmacy tasks, including: IV-to-PO review Renal dose review Aminoglycoside dosing Anticoagulation dosing Inpatient pharmacy responsibilities Responsibilities may vary based on team needs Must be comfortable with standard pediatric orders due to a pediatric hospital being embedded within the facility Required Qualifications Wisconsin Pharmacist License ACT 10 will be accepted BLS
