Responsibilities:
Accurately dispense prescription medications in compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards Review prescriptions for appropriateness, dosage, and interactions Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and storage Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care Maintain inventory and ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals Document and maintain records according to guidelines
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active pharmacist license Proven experience as a Staff Pharmacist or RX Pharmacist Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical principles, drug interactions, and safety protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and workflows Willingness to travel to Northern Wisconsin and surrounding areas
