We're looking for a Pharmacist based in Dubuque, IA (or within an hour of it) to provide coverage across a network of community pharmacy locations. What you'll be doing: Providing pharmacist coverage across multiple community pharmacy locations within a 2-hour radius of Dubuque Counseling patients on prescription and OTC medications, supporting their total wellbeing, not just filling scripts Completing MTM reviews and outcomes work, with a hybrid element allowing some of this from home Ensuring safe, clinically appropriate medication therapy

• interaction, allergy and duplicate therapy checks Maintaining full compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations Building relationships with patients and pharmacy teams across the region
