Schedule Details:
M-F 8-4:30 with Home Infusion call related responsibility
What You Will Do:
To provide safe and effective pharmaceutical service to patients in their home setting; to supervise and direct pharmacy supportive personnel to meet the goals of the prescribed home therapy.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy Pharmacist (R.Ph. or RPh) Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) Board Certified Pharmacotherapy licensure/certification
