Key Responsibilities:

Dispense and review medications accurately in an inpatient hospital environment Collaborate with medical staff to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes Manage inventory and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines Serve as an Emergency Room pharmacist when required Administer immunizations according to protocols Oversee pharmacy operations in the role of Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) Provide patient counseling and education on medication use

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Current pharmacist licensure valid in Wisconsin Experience in hospital inpatient pharmacy practice, including emergency room settings Immunization certification preferred Proven ability to function as a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
