Duties Dispense medications accurately while adhering to all pharmaceutical regulatory standards and protocols Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine appropriate medication therapy plans Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and adjust medication regimens tailored to individual patient needs Ensure safe medication administration by verifying proper drug dosage, route, and timing, including IV infusions and aseptic techniques Maintain thorough documentation within Pharmacy Information Systems (PIS) and ensure compliance with drug regulation policies Oversee pharmaceutical regulatory compliance related to drug storage, handling, and distribution processes
