Job Summary Mountain State Pack and Ship is a family-owned small business serving the community in all things packing and shipping. This role is dedicated to assisting customers with a variety of tasks, including but not limited to safely packing an item for shipping, creating shipping labels, stocking inventory, and maintaining a clean storefront. We provide on-the-job training! Responsibilities Safely package items for shipping, including fragile items (we will train you!) Use computer to create shipping labels Stock the store shelves Accurately count money and handle credit card transactions Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person Requirements Strong verbal and written (including typing) communication skills in English Customer service experience preferred Proficient in data entry with attention to detail Ability to lift and carry packages short distances Ability to measure package dimensions accurately Maintain professionalism when assisting the public Hours Store is open from 8:00am to 6:00pm M-F. Limited Saturday shifts available during Christmas time.
