Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is available for an Interim Director of Pharmacy who will also serve as the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) at a hospital setting. This is a contract position based in Huntington, WV, offering a chance to lead and manage pharmacy operations while providing clinical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Fulfill staffing and administrative duties associated with the PIC role Manage daily pharmacy operations ensuring compliance and quality standards Participate in onsite training provided by the outgoing Director of Pharmacy Provide on-call coverage following each shift and on weekends to support pharmacy services

Required Qualifications:

Valid West Virginia pharmacist licensure Experience in hospital pharmacy settings Familiarity with Omnicell systems is highly preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills necessary to oversee pharmacy staff and processes

Schedule:
