Moundsville Pharmacy is an independent community pharmacy in Moundsville, WV, and serves as the flagship location for our family of pharmacies in New Martinsville, Sistersville, and Pine Grove. POSITION DETAILS

As a Pharmacist, you will provide pharmacy services by ensuring the safe, accurate dispensing of medications while leading the team to deliver high-quality patient care and customer service. You'll ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, prescription fulfillment, patient counseling, performance-based tasks, patient safety, and maintain a supportive leadership role. The Pharmacist works collaboratively with the pharmacy team to prioritize tasks, balance the workload, meet deadlines, and achieve performance metrics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Full-time (38+ hour) position as a

PHARMACIST

in an independent community pharmacy setting, working with a team of pharmacists and technicians Oversee workflow and synchronization processes to ensure accuracy and provide exceptional customer service Manage and verify prescriptions for community pharmacy patients, ensuring smooth operations and successful daily outcomes Support staff development, workflow improvements, and operational goals Maintain compliance with state/federal regulations, USP standards, and company policy

Pharmacy Hours of Operation:

Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, and Saturday 9 am to 1 pm; Closed on (6) major holidays Pharmacist will have hours scheduled as early as 8:30 am up to 6 pm on Mondays thru Friday and 8:30 am up to 1 pm on Saturdays. A full-time schedule is typically an average of 38+ hours per week which includes weekdays and every 3rd Saturday. A typical 3-week rotation would include 12-13 scheduled weekdays and 1 scheduled Saturday every 3 weeks. Keep in mind, no evenings, no Sundays, and most Saturdays off, plus (6) major holidays.
