Every role in our lab supports patient safety, product accuracy, and workflow efficiency. We're currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Pharmacy Lab Assistant to support our pharmacy team with essential lab operations. Job Description The Pharmacy Lab Assistant plays a vital support role in the compounding pharmacy environment. This position is responsible for maintaining lab cleanliness, preparing supplies, assisting with labeling, and supporting technicians and pharmacists to keep the workflow smooth and efficient. No previous pharmacy experience is required—just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Assist with labeling vials and packaging medications under supervision Clean and sanitize lab equipment, tools, and work areas in accordance with SOPs Organize and restock supplies to support efficient daily workflow Prepare trays and components needed for compounding processes Assist with waste disposal, documentation prep, and basic data entry as needed Follow all safety and compliance protocols within the pharmacy lab Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team setting Comfortable working in a fast-paced, task-oriented environment Previous lab, pharmacy, or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive hourly wage Hands-on training in a specialized pharmacy setting Opportunities for growth within the pharmacy team Supportive team environment with structured procedures Employee benefits, including medical, vision, and dental If you're organized, reliable, and eager to support a mission-driven team, we'd love to hear from you!
