KinderCare seeks Teachers at Alafaya Woods KinderCare to create nurturing, engaging learning experiences for young children. In this role, you will design developmentally appropriate lessons, support social-emotional growth, and maintain a safe, welcoming classroom. You will build strong partnerships with families through clear, regular communication and updates on children's progress. Working within a collaborative, inclusive culture, you'll participate in training, follow health and safety standards, and contribute to a positive center community while growing your early childhood education career. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Supervise children at all times and follow health and safety guidelines. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and daily experiences. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and special programs. Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs and backgrounds. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
