- A 4 year degree
- 1 - 2 years of management, customer service, sales or education preferred

- Outstanding communication skills The Assistant Director's typical day includes, but is not limited to:
- Managing front end administrative office
- Hiring, training, scheduling and supervising part-time teachers
- Monitoring daily center activities
- Reviewing student programs and ensuring academic achievement
- Instructing students
- Participating in local marketing activities to help grow your Center's tutoring and test prep business
- Mentoring and observing teachers.
