Fort Worth, TX 🏥 Healthcare/Pharmacy Environment 🚀 Excellent Growth Opportunity What You'll Do As a Pharmacy Assistant, you'll play an essential role in ensuring patients receive their medications safely, accurately, and on time.

Responsibilities Include:

✔ Preparing medications and supplies for shipment while maintaining sterility and integrity ✔ Reviewing shipping manifests and verifying delivery information ✔ Packaging medications according to company policies and pharmacy regulations ✔ Assisting with inventory management and stocking pharmacy supplies ✔ Coordinating with pharmacy staff to resolve order-related issues ✔ Maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment ✔ Reconciling invoices, packing slips, and shipping documents ✔ Preparing shipping reports and usage summaries ✔ Securing pharmacy and storage areas at the end of each shift ✔ Supporting daily pharmacy operations as needed

Qualifications Required:

✅ High School Diploma or GED ✅ Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel) ✅ Strong attention to detail ✅ Ability to work effectively in a team environment ✅ Excellent communication skills ✅ Ability to stand for up to 95% of the workday ✅ Ability to lift and move packages up to 25 lbs. ✅ Flexible to work morning and/or afternoon shifts

Preferred:

⭐ Previous pharmacy, mail service, or fulfillment experience ⭐ Inventory management experience ⭐ Strong organizational and time management skills ⭐ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment ⭐ Continuous improvement mindset 📩
