Pharmacy Assistant Location:
Tukwila, WA Schedule:
| Full-Time | M-F, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM or 10:30am•7pm or 12pm•8:30pm
Duration:
6 Month contract•possible extensions•possible hire
Compensation:
$22•23 Overview We're seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our infusion and pharmacy services team. This role is critical to ensuring revenue integrity through accurate billing, auditing, and claims processing. You'll collaborate with multiple departments to resolve billing issues and improve charge capture processes while working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Day-to-Day Audit, monitor, and analyze complex dispensing and charging information to ensure revenue integrity Adjudicate infusion and related claims for health insurance benefits and Medicare Part D coverage Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and implement process improvements Review and validate charge capture processes for accuracy and compliance Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on outstanding claims Communicate with payers and internal stakeholders to address discrepancies and expedite resolutions Required Qualifications Active Pharmacy Technician License Minimum 6 months of experience in healthcare or pharmacy billing, collections, or medical claims processing Proficiency in data entry and computer systems Preferred Qualifications Experience with infusion billing and specialty pharmacy workflows Familiarity with Medicare Part D and commercial insurance adjudication What Makes This Role Stand Out? Pay:
$22.00•$23.00 per hour
