Location:

Gilbert, AZ, and surrounding greater Phoenix, AZ area

Schedule/Hours:

Monday through Saturday, typical pharmacy hours 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, some sites closing at 8:00 PM Shifts are on an as-needed basis to cover call outs, vacations, and volume spikes Ideal candidates are available part-time for 2-4 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently in a retail setting Provide immunizations and patient counseling consistent with scope of practice Collaborate with pharmacy technicians, especially at smaller pharmacist-only sites Complete required training, including an 8-hour onboarding shift (non-billable) Utilize QS1 pharmacy software for dispensing, documentation, and inventory

Required Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted Arizona pharmacist license Minimum of 1-2 years recent retail pharmacy experience; preference for candidates with at least 2 years Immunization certification and current BLS card Ability to participate in training sessions and adapt to variable schedule demands Strong communication skills and team collaboration mindset
