Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Manager Job Type Contract Lead a dynamic pharmacy team in Globe, AZ, as a Pharmacy Manager on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to oversee a robust staff of 64 professionals, including pharmacists, lead technicians, technicians, and clerical personnel, ensuring efficient pharmacy operations and top-tier medication services.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily workflow for pharmacists, technicians, and clerical staff to meet operational demands. Schedule staff effectively to maintain consistent service delivery. Manage approximately 1,100 to 1,200 prescriptions weekly, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm. Collaborate in setting and achieving departmental goals aligned with the organization's strategic plan. Maintain pharmacy cleanliness and organizational standards. Oversee medication and supply reconciliation processes, address discrepancies, and ensure clear communication with relevant parties.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science degree and/or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited pharmacy school. Minimum of 3 years pharmacist experience, with at least 2 years preferred in hospital practice. Current and active Pharmacist license required; Arizona state license is preferred but not mandatory.
