This role involves managing clinical pharmacy staff and driving the delivery of exceptional pharmaceutical care within a renowned hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate clinical pharmacy activities for all campuses within the medical center. Supervise and support clinical pharmacy personnel in implementing and evaluating clinical programs. Develop and provide educational and training initiatives for pharmacy staff and hospital-wide. Design, market, implement, and continuously assess clinical service programs to ensure quality and continuity. Maintain responsibility for departmental quality assurance, medication safety, drug use evaluations, adverse drug reaction monitoring, and availability of drug information resources. Direct the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program and co-chair the Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee.

Qualifications:

BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree required. Active California Pharmacist license. Minimum of 5 years' experience in pharmacy, including clinical coordination or management roles. Demonstrated experience overseeing residency programs. Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

Location:

San Francisco, CA - serving multiple campuses of a flagship medical center. This is a direct hire position offering a competitive salary range of $206,000 to $330,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
