Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A retail pharmacy technician role is available to provide maternity leave coverage in a community health center environment. This position demands reliability and punctuality, supporting the pharmacy's daily operations in Selma, CA, approximately 20+ minutes outside Fresno (no mileage reimbursement). The assignment is expected to last 5-6 months with an ASAP start.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30

PM Responsibilities:

Manage prescription processing and dispensing in a retail pharmacy setting Assist with inventory management and ensure proper medication storage Provide customer service to patients, supporting prescription inquiries Utilize Rx30 pharmacy system efficiently Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations Work collaboratively with pharmacists and other healthcare staff Qualifications /

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of recent retail pharmacy technician experience California Pharmacy Technician license (proof required) Experience using Rx30 system preferred Spanish-speaking skills highly preferred but not mandatory Strong attendance record with a commitment to punctuality and reliability
