Hayward, CA Key Responsibilities:

Lead and direct all pharmacy operations ensuring compliance with

USP 797, USP

800, and state board regulations. Oversee compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring services prescribed by healthcare providers. Ensure pharmacy practices meet licensing and regulatory standards on local, state, and federal levels. Prepare prescriptions, medications, and formulations accurately and efficiently. Assess patient drug therapies to identify and resolve drug-related issues. Manage pharmacy staff including hiring, training, performance management, and strategic planning. Maintain security and proper handling of controlled substances. Serve as a drug information resource and collaborate with physicians and referral sources. Participate in an on-call rotation providing necessary pharmacist coverage.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or R.Ph. with relevant clinical experience. Current, active California pharmacist license in good standing. Specialty pharmacy or home infusion pharmacy experience highly preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of pharmacist experience, including direct compounding. Strong knowledge of pharmacy standards and regulations including

USP 797/800.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent customer service and leadership skills. CPR certification and Care Tend experience are a plus. Why This Role?
